Leadership Team
David brings nearly 30 years of experience in the drug delivery device industry, with a track record of advancing FDA-cleared and CE-marked products from concept to commercial production. Before founding DALIMED, he served as Development Manager at Élan Medical Technologies. There, he led the development of disposable autoinjectors and micro-infusion pumps, and held R&D roles in the Israeli Defense Forces.
David holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion and MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
24 years in drug delivery devices and drug-device combination development, leading R&D, from concept to regulatory approval and commercialization. Before founding DALIMED, Lior worked as a senior product developer at Élan Medical Technologies Israel, a subsidiary of Élan Corporation. There, he led the design and development testing of a disposable automatic injection system. Before joining Élan, Lior worked as a control engineer at Ludan Engineering.
Lior holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
Ziv has over 15 years of experience in leadership positions in Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D across a range of industries. Prior to joining DALIMED, he worked in both startups and global corporations, including Dip-Tech (acquired by Ferro), Siemens, and Radwin.
Ziv holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from the Reichman University.
Nir has over 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including six years specializing in medical devices at DALIMED, where he currently serves as R&D Director. Nir also positioned as DALIMED’s IP Manager, including drafting and reviewing patent applications. Previously, Nir served as an R&D Mechanical Engineer and Naval Engineer in the IDF Navy.
He holds a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion.
Yana has 14 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical and medical device companies. At DALIMED, she leads compliance across ISO, FDA, MDSAP, and EU MDR. Before joining, she worked as a Quality Engineer at Alcon (Optonol) and spent over 4 years at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, a Johnson & Johnson company, covering everything from production systems to technology transfers and regulatory audits.
She holds a BA in Biochemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Aviram Arviv is a financial expert and the founder of Danoy, established in 2015. With more than two decades of financial experience, he has served in various senior financial positions, including CFO and Deputy CEO of a hi-tech company. Throughout his career, Aviram has led business and financial planning processes, international tax planning, complex financial operations and management of multidisciplinary teams.
Aviram holds a BA in Accounting & Economics with distinction from Tel Aviv University and an MBA with distinction from the Open University.

Mike Netz is a healthcare executive and former Vice President at Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd and CEO of Teva-Israel. Over the past several years, Mike has been investing in and serving on the boards of several Israeli healthcare startups as well as on the BioMed investment committee at Club100Plus Angels.
Mike holds a BA in Economics & Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing & International Management from Tel Aviv University.
